Bob is the head our financial and human resources departments.
Like his brother Keith, Bob has been around the asphalt business and the organization for most of his working career. Since joining the company in 1986, Bob's passion for information systems, computer software technology, and financial accounting has greatly influenced and benefited our organization by providing timely information to our company's shareholders, suppliers, banks, and government agencies. His knowledgable background in computers also ensures that our asphalt plant's systems are continually running smoothly and reliably.
Bob began his formal education studying accounting at Marquette University in Milwaukee before leaving to pursue a career in computer science where he studied data processing and computer programming at MBTI in Milwaukee.
Before joining American Asphalt Paving, Inc. in 1986, Bob worked as a computer programmer in the financial data processing department at Fiserv, Inc. While there, Bob held his position as Senior Programmer Analyst and Project Leader.
Bob is a tremendous asset to our organization. The systems that he has put in place throughout his tenure have continually helped us to sustain our competitive edge.
Bob's unique character, downright wit, and his interpersonal skills are just a few reasons why he is liked by so many. He always seems to keep the atmosphere light and enjoyable.
During his free time, Bob enjoys spending time with his wife, their four sons, and his eleven grandchildren. Time is best shared with the family at their lake home in northern Wisconsin.
